St. Viator tops Chicago Latin

St. Viator's girls basketball team went above .500 on Monday night with a 58-39 victory over Chicago Latin at Fenton's Season's End tournament in Bensenville.

The Lions, who have won seven of their last nine games, will take an 11-10 record into Wednesday's East Suburban Catholic Conference game in Woodstock against Marian Central.

In the other game at Fenton on Monday, Lake Forest Academy posted a 52-22 triumph over Chicago Academy.
