The restaurant chain said its U.S. sales grew 5.7 percent in the fourth quarter, helped by its all-day breakfast menu and the warm weather.

WestRock Co., down $5.63 to $32.11

Paper and packaging companies stumbled on concerns about product prices, which led to downgrades from several investment firms.

Ford Motor Co., down 16 cents to $11.98

The automaker is pulling out of Japan and Indonesia after struggling to improve sales and turn consistent profits.

Chesapeake Energy Corp., down 56 cents to $2.95

The oil and natural gas company fell as energy prices slumped.

D.R. Horton Inc., down $1.31 to $26.40

The homebuilder's fiscal first-quarter revenue came up short of Wall Street's forecasts.

The maker of Kleenex tissue and Huggies diapers reported a smaller profit and less revenue than analysts expected.
