TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Elisha Davis scored 16 points and had five steals to help No. 8 Arizona State beat rival Arizona 61-49 on Friday night.

Sophie Brunner added 15 points and seven of the Sun Devils' 17 steals as the Pac-12-leading Sun Devils (16-3, 7-0) ran their winning streak to 13 games and remained the only undefeated team in the conference. ASU's current ranking ties the highest ever for the program, and Friday's win tied the Sun Devils' best start to conference play in school history.

The Sun Devils, the Pac-12's top scoring defense in conference play, have held 17 of their last 18 opponents below their average point total per game. The Wildcats came in scoring 59.1 points a game.

Turnovers hurt Arizona (11-8, 2-5). The Wildcats had a season high 27 turnovers. Malena Washington led Arizona with 14 points and Breanna Workman added 13.

No. 11 OREGON STATE 62, UTAH 53

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Jamie Weisner scored 23 points and Oregon State held off a late run to beat Utah.

The Beavers (15-3, 6-1 Pac-12) led 56-36 with 6:35 left before Utah (12-6, 4-3) scored 15 straight to get within five at the 1:30 mark.

Weisner secured an offensive rebound with a minute left and made a pair of free throws to make it 58-51. Sydney Wiese added 4-for-6 from the foul line to help Oregon State secure the win.

Wiese had 12 points and Ruth Hamblin blocked eight shots. Oregon State won its fifth straight and remained alone in second place in the conference, one game behind Arizona State.

Oregon State scored the last 17 points of the first quarter and added a 3 on the first possession of the second to lead 23-8.

Emily Potter had 17 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Utes.

No. 12 STANFORD 57, SOUTHERN CAL 47

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Karlie Samuelson scored 14 points and Stanford defeated Southern California for the Cardinal's eighth straight road win over the Trojans.

Erika McCall had 14 points and 11 rebounds, Lili Thompson added 11 points and Kaylee Johnson had 13 rebounds for the Cardinal (15-4, 5-2 Pac-12). Stanford has won nine of its last 11.

Temi Fagbenle had 11 points and seven rebounds to lead the Trojans (14-5, 2-5). They dropped their third in a row since losing starters Jordan Adams and Brianna Barrett, who are academically ineligible. Alexis Lloyd added 10 points.

Stanford pulled away in the fourth quarter, getting Samuelson's fourth 3-pointer of the game for a 51-38 lead. The Trojans struggled from the free throw line, going 6 of 17. Fagbenle, a graduate student from Harvard, was just 5 of 12.

Sadie Edwards scored eight of USC's final nine points, getting a couple steals in the final 19 seconds.

No. 20 UCLA 75, CALIFORNIA 56

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Monique Billings had 14 points and nine rebounds and Nirra Fields added 12 points to help No. 20 UCLA beat California.

Jordan Canada scored 12 points and Lajahna Drummer had eight points and 12 rebounds for UCLA (13-5, 5-2 Pac-12), which snapped an eight-game losing streak against California (10-8, 1-6).

Kristine Anigwe scored 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds despite early foul trouble. Penina Davidson added 13 points for California, which lost its fourth in a row and sixth in its last seven.

The Bruins outrebounded California 49-37 - including 24 offensive rebounds - forced 20 turnovers while committing 10, and that combination enabled the Bruins to enjoy a 77-57 edge in shots taken in the game.

UCLA scored eight unanswered points over the final 4:03 of the second quarter to lead 35-24 at halftime.

No. 24 DEPAUL 81, CREIGHTON 63

CHICAGO (AP) - Megan Podkowa and Jessica January each scored 16 points to help DePaul beat Creighton for its fourth straight win in the series.

Podkowa was 7 of 10 from the field and January had seven rebounds, seven assists and four steals.

DePaul broke it open with a 31-11 second quarter in which Podkowa scored nine points and January had six.

Chanise Jenkins added 11 points, six rebounds and seven assists for DePaul (15-6, 7-1 Big East), which leads the conference as its only one-loss team.

Freshman Audrey Faber narrowly missed her first double-double with 17 points and eight rebounds for Creighton (10-10, 4-4), which had a four-game winning streak snapped. Faber was 7 of 10 from the free-throw line as the Bluejays made 20 of 27 compared to 8 of 11 for DePaul.
