Pheasant Run's in-house restaurants celebrate national soup month through the end of January. At Jambalaya, try the big easy seafood gumbo, with shrimp, crawfish, andouille sausage and okra in a seafood broth, or the smoked amber lager cheese soup with Pheasant Run Ring Neck Lager, with creamy smoked aged cheddar, assorted cheeses with diced smoked bacon and chopped scallions. $4 a cup or $5 a bowl. At Harvest, try the French Onion au Gratin with Gruyere, provolone and parmesan cheese for $7. Or the lobster and shrimp bisque with lobster broth, brand-infused shrimp and butter crostini for $10. Stefani's Tuscany Cafe's new salumeria station
Flying out? Stop by Stefani's Tuscany Cafe's new open-air salumeria station in O'Hare International Airport. This new addition gives travelers the option to arrange a plate of prosciutto, mortadella, parmigiana, Gorgonzola, mixed olives, marinated artichokes and more. In addition to the salumi plates, try the demi baguette sandwiches made with fresh sliced meats and imported ingredients.
