Failing to vote hurts young people

I'm an ex-Army three-quarter's-decade staff sergeant who could not compute then, or now, "why not?"

Then: 58,000 casualties within Vietnam, of which the majority were under age 21. If they had gotten back to the States, they could not drink or vote to select those who sent them over there. This propelled my backing lowering the voting age. It was done.

Now the right is not being exercised. Yet, some restrictions are being placed on this same age class, and the elder (so no involvement) politicians are talking military engagement.

I say vote so you will be heard.
