Man dead in Gibson County farming accident identified
PRINCETON, Ind. (AP) - A coroner says a southwestern Indiana farmer who was found pinned under a tree died of asphyxia.
Gibson County Coroner Barrett Doyle said an autopsy Wednesday determined the cause of death for 59-year-old Roger Michel of Fort Branch.
The Gibson County Sheriff's Office says Michel was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident about 20 miles north of Evansville. The accident was reported to dispatchers Tuesday afternoon.
