Hoffman Estates to auction surplus property

The village of Hoffman Estates will hold an online auction of municipal surplus items from Jan. 20 through Feb. 3 at publicsurplus.com.

Potential bidders can browse for specific items online and create a free account to bid. Items will include vehicles, jewelry, collectibles, and more. They may be previewed by appointment only.
