Arizona safeties coach Caponi hired at West Virginia

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Arizona safeties coach Matt Caponi is joining West Virginia in the same role.
West Virginia head coach Dana Holgorsen announced Caponi's hiring Friday.
Caponi spent four seasons with the Wildcats. He was with current WVU defensive coordinator Tony Gibson on the defensive staff at Pittsburgh in 2011 and with Arizona in 2012.
Caponi is a native of Pittsburgh.
