Applications being accepted for 17th annual St. Charles Fine Art Show

Applications are being accepted for the 2016 juried St. Charles Fine Art Show. Artists must submit an application by the Jan. 31 deadline.

Mediums accepted include clay/ceramics, mixed media, fiber (non-wearable), fine art jewelry, fine art photography, glass, painting, sculpture, and wood. Artists must submit four images of current work, and one image of their outdoor show booth/tent.

The St. Charles Fine Art Show is scheduled over Memorial Day Weekend on Saturday, May 28, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, May 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The show features more than 100 selected artists of various mediums and a feature tent. Additionally, the show has a successful annual Patron Program that encourages patrons to commit in advance of the show to purchase art greater than or equal to a specified amount. The show also will give artists more than $6,000 in Artist Merit Awards that include Judges' Awards, Awards of Excellence, and Best of Show.
