Meatballs

1½ pounds ground beef

½ pound ground pork

2 eggs

2/3 cups bread crumbs

Salt, pepper and chopped parsley, to taste

3 cloves garlic, ground

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, and then place in sauce.
