NFL assistant hired to coach Arkansas' offensive line

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas head football coach Bret Bielema has hired an NFL assistant coach to take over as the Razorbacks' offensive line coach.

Bielema says Buffalo Bills assistant offensive line coach Kurt Anderson has been hired to fill the vacancy left by the departure of former UA line coach Sam Pittman. Pittman left last month to become offensive line coach at Georgia.

Anderson has spent the past three years with Buffalo and has previous college coaching experience at Michigan, Eastern Michigan, and Indiana State. He was a two-year letter winner as a starting center for Michigan.
