Klopp makes midfielder Grujic his 1st Liverpool signing

LIVERPOOL, England (AP) - Juergen Klopp has made midfielder Marko Grujic his first signing as Liverpool manager.

The 19-year-old Serbian has joined on a four-year contract from Red Star Belgrade for about $7 million but he will return to his former club for the rest of the season.

Grujic says "I was thinking about my progress in my next period and decided it was good for me to come here and try to be the best I can."
