Glen Ellyn building sells for $1.1 million

GLEN ELLYN - A 10,300 square foot retail building sold at 530 Crescent Boulevard in Glen Ellyn for $1.1 million.

Craig Franzen of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller, GTC investments,

"There's still an active market for multi-tenant retail properties located in the suburban downtown central business districts," Franzen said.
