Medical marijuana shop opening Thursday in Deerfield

Greenhouse Medical Cannabis in Deerfield will host a grand opening ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 7. Greenhouse is at 151 S. Pfingsten Road, Unit V, just south of Lake-Cook Road. Anyone with a registry identification card who selected Greenhouse will be able to purchase medical marijuana starting at 11 a.m. There will be 15 strains to choose from, depending on the patient's condition and symptoms being treated. Concentrates and edibles also will be available.
