Wheeling Fitness Center hosts open house Jan. 9

The Wheeling Park District Fitness Center, 333 West Dundee Road, is hosting an open house for residents Jan. 9, to help them establish healthy habits and showcase different components of the center.

The open house will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and give Wheeling residents opportunities to meet personal trainers, try fitness equipment and learn about group exercise programs.

Attendees can sign up for a free two-week trial and special monthlong pricing. There will also be snacks, giveaways and raffles.
