Vote for 'Stars Dance for PADS' fundraising contest

Join the "Winter Harvest for the Homeless - Stars Dance for PADS" at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn, 800 S. Route 31. Enjoy dinner and bid on prizes in the silent auction before settling in to be entertained by local celebrity couples competing for your votes and raising money for Elgin's emergency homeless shelter. The honorary co-chairs are Elgin Police Chief Jeff Swoboda and Laura Swoboda.

Team One is Monica and Lawerence Synett; Team Two, Barb Keselica and Jason Pawlowski; Team Three, Chris and Leticia Jones; Team Four, Stacey Good & Paul Kopetsky; Team Five, Jayna and Adam Newell; and Team Six, Katie and Wade Arthur.

You can help support your favorite couple (and the PADS shelter!) by visiting padsel.ejoinme.org/dance2016 and pledging a vote for their team. Watch the Facebook page at www.facebook.com/PADSofElgin for updates from dancers in rehearsal.
