Des Plaines businesses can now renew licenses online

Business license renewals in Des Plaines are now available online, city officials said.

Business owners can go to desplaines.org/RenewLicense to pay a fee and print their certificate. Annual renewal notices for business registration and other licenses were sent out in the mail this week.

"We are taking business license renewals to the next level," said Director of Community and Economic Development George Sakas in a news release. "The city wants to cut the time and expense for business registration and licensing."
