$100 for gift cards for the homeless

Today's winner of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Rhonda Klaus of Prospect Heights.

Here is an excerpt of her story:

"I volunteer with homeless men and women in the Chicago area. I would use this money to get them a restaurant gift card so they could get a bite to eat or a coffee, and have a warm place to be and at the same time stay out of the cold during our Chicago winters."

• The Believe Project is awarding $100 each day in December to a different person with a good idea for how to use the money to do a good deed for someone else.
