Trinity dancer brings home top award

Trinity Academy of Irish Dance received great results at the Mid-America Irish Dance Championship.

They led all Midwest schools in categories such as most World Qualifiers, most National Qualifiers, most Top Ten, Top Five and Top Three placement.

Top results from Chicago area dancers include: Sydney Niewiedzial, first place (Hoffman Estates); Luc Alvarez, second place (Elmhurst); Annie Doyle, fourth place (Villa Park); Ellie Arnoldt sixth place (Chicago); Flynn Monahan, eighth place, (Western Springs); Clare Kennedy, 10th place (Elmhurst); Kylie O'Brien, 12th place (Chicago); Hana Freburg, 14th place (Hinsdale); and Lizzy Youngman, 15th place (Clarendon Hills).

The Trinity Academy of Irish Dance has locations throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs and in the Milwaukee area and Madison, Wisconsin.
