Aurora Christian, Westminster post NAC wins

Jake Wolfe scored 22 points and RD Lutze added 21 as the Aurora Christian boys basketball team defeated Mooseheart 59-54 in Northeastern Athletic Conference action Thursday night.

The Eagles are now 6-1 overall and 3-0 in the conference.

Westminster Christian 61, Alden-Hebron 22: Dillon Rejman had 17 points and Ben Versluys contributed 12 to lead the Warriors (6-2, 2-1) to the NAC win.

Elgin Academy 48, Islamic Foundation 44: In nonconference action, Dee Robinson scored 21 points, Jordan Hare had 10 and Jonathan Cruz added 9 to lead the Hilltoppers to the win.
