Grayslake Central 67, Crystal Lake Central 46: Amanda Larson scored a game-high 15 points and Lindsay Brust contributed 10 as the Rams scored 21 points in the first quarter and led 37-19 at the half.

Quin Garbett finished with 9 points and Kelly Moroney had 9, all on 3-pointers, for Grayslake Central.

Harvest Christian 52, Carmel 42: Daija Pruitt scored a team-best 12 points but the host Corsairs fell short in nonconference play.

Grant 57, North Chicago 23: On Saturday night, Jasmine Sangster scored a game-high 19 points, as the visiting Bulldogs won their eighth game in a row.

Grant improved to 8-2 and 3-0 in the North Suburban Prairie Division. Taylor Drake added 14 points for the Bulldogs, who led 15-4 after one quarter and 26-6 at halftime.
