Twitter's list of the most popular tweets of 2015

Of the 10 most popular messages posted to Twitter in the past year, one was written by President Barack Obama, one was written by Saudi Arabia's King Salman ... and five were written by current or former members of the boy-band One Direction.

That includes the No. 1 most popular tweet of 2015 - "All the love as always. H" - and the 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th tweets, respectively.

From this data, we can conclude two things: Teens still rule the social Web, as we argued in the era of Alex from Target; and Harry Styles is the best member of One Direction.

For the record, here's the full list:

1. Harry Styles loving his fans

2. Zayn Malik on his ex-band's new single

3. Liam Payne thanking his bandmates

4. POTUS celebrating the Supreme Court ruling on gay marriage

5. Louis Tomlinson wishing love to "you guys"

6. King Salman after his crowning

7. Niall Horan wishing his bandmate happy birthday

8. Kanye West being "inspirational"

9. Leonard Nimoy's last tweet

10. Caitlyn Jenner's first tweet
