Glen Ellyn Woman's Club Holiday Festival a Success for the 120th Time

This is the 120th club year in the history of the Glen Ellyn Woman's Club, a not for profit, philanthropic organization. Tuesday, December 8 at the Glen Oak Country Club, the Woman's Club entertained over 75 members and guest at their Holiday Festival. This fund raiser included a Silent Auction that had the support of the restaurants and businesses in Glen Ellyn. The money earned at this event was over $2,200. Along with other fund raising activities, the money will be combined and distributed at the end of the club year, May of 2016. Every year the Woman's Club gives scholarships to Glenbard West and Glenbard South High Schools and the Holiday Event was a guarantee that there will be funds to finance the scholarships again!
