Dist. 15 to discuss board vacancy Wednesday

Palatine Township Elementary School District 15 will hold a special meeting before Wednesday's regularly scheduled board meeting to discuss how they'll chose a new board member to replace Manjula Sriram, who resigned Nov. 24.

The meeting will be held at Sundling Junior High School, 1100 N. Smith St., at 6:30 p.m.

Superintendent Scott Thompson said the district already has sent emails to those who showed interest in sitting on the board when there was a vacancy after the January death of board member Richard Bokor.
