3 people arrested in heroin deal at Muncie pizza restaurant

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) - Three people face drug charges as the result of a heroin bust outside a pizza restaurant in Muncie.

The Delaware County Sheriff's Department says an undercover deputy went on to a Pizza Hut location on Saturday afternoon with Jennifer May Ailes and Troy Adam Littell to purchase heroin from employee Jade McKenzie Voiles. The department says Voiles went on a break while working at the restaurant and sold a half-gram of heroin for $150 to Littell and the deputy.

All three suspects were arrested on charges of dealing in a narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug.

Littell and Ailes were preliminarily charged with unlawful possession of a syringe. Alies also faces a neglect of a dependent charge.

It wasn't immediately known whether the suspects have attorneys.
