NEW YORK - Pop star Mariah Carey is recovering after being hospitalized with a severe case of the flu.
The singer was taken to a hospital on Wednesday morning, according to a report on People.com.
A representative for Carey said in a statement Thursday that the singer had been feeling under the weather with the flu for the past few days and that she is doing well now.
