Trustmark hires regional sales representative

LAKE FOREST - Voluntary benefits carrier Trustmark has hired Rachel Hamann as regional sales representative, Gulf Coast region.

Hamann's role will be tro develop and implement custom-based insurance solutions for Trustmark's existing broker relationships in the Louisiana and Houston markets, as well as expand Trustmark's sales footprint throughout the territory. Her office is in New Orleans.

She has nearly 15 years in the insurance industry, most recently serving as senior sales representative at Assurant Employee Benefits. She provided employee benefit solutions and group ancillary benefits including group disability, life, dental, vision and supplemental voluntary benefits, to brokers throughout the state of Louisiana.

Rachel also has experience as an underwriter and employee benefits consultant.
