Reserved parking system debuts Tuesday at O'Hare, Midway

A parking reservation program debuts today at O'Hare and Midway airports. It will allow drivers to reserve covered spots inside airport garages for an extra $10 per space per day.

Reserved parking areas will be on Level 4 of O'Hare's parking garage and Level 4 of Midway's Main Terminal Garage.

The new system should allow drivers to secure covered parking spots before leaving home and avoid having to circle the floors of airport garages looking for spaces, officials said in a news release.
