Aurora crash closes Lake Street

Aurora police shut down a stretch of Lake Street to traffic because of a crash Saturday night, authorities said.

Lake - between Indian Trail and Sullivan Road - was expected to be closed for at least three hours while authorities investigated the crash with serious injuries, police spokesman Dan Ferrelli said about 9:40 p.m.

No further details were available about injuries or the number of vehicles involved in the crash.
