Gurnee delays leaf collection

Due to snow, Gurnee delayed the start of its leaf collection program to Monday. It's scheduled to last through Dec. 4. Officials said the collection had been scheduled to occur a week earlier. Leaves will be collected during a property owner's regular garbage pickup day.
