Pedestrian dies after being struck on I-55 near Willowbrook

A Chicago man has died after being struck by a semitrailer truck on Interstate 55 near Willowbrook Sunday night, authorities said Tuesday.

The DuPage County coroner's office identified the victim as 40-year-old Battulga Erdene-Ochir.

The coroner's office and Illinois State Police are investigating the man's death.
