Why not call GOP debates advertisements?
If the Republican candidates for president now want to forbid the questions of the free-press monitors, or if they prefer the tailor-made questions from like-minded Republican associates - like Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity - in their appearances in front of the public, they ought to change the name of the television format from "a debate" to "our self-serving advertisements."
For it seems that is what they want to be accomplishing, among themselves before the public. If that is their preference, and if that is what they will obtain, why, then they can begin to dwell on "Benghazi" one more time.
