Illinois Street to be closed Nov. 11-13 for utility work at the First Street development Site

Illinois Street, between First Street and Riverside Avenue, will be closed to through traffic Nov. 11-13, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The closure allows work on water utility connections at the First Street development site. Access to and from Fox Island Square will be remain open during work hours.
