LIBERTYVILLE, IL - November 5, 2015 - Nancy Nagy and Michael Pierson, CEO and President, respectively, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group are pleased to announce the appointment of James Votanek to the position of Vice President and Managing Broker of the firm's Libertyville office located at 100 N. Milwaukee Avenue.

Jim is president and director of NSBAR, is a Professional Standards Committee member and mediator, and is a committee chairman for IAR's newly created Ethics Citation Committee.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Jim ran a very successful sports company, learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing and management strategies. He is a lifelong resident of the Chicago region and earned a business degree at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. He and his wife raised their three sons in Deer Park. He is committed to community service, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and CROP Walk as well as local food pantries and as a youth sports coach.
