Penny Weinberg Monoprints at Des Plaines City Hall

If you happen to visit the Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner Street, during the month of November, stop in to see artwork on display in the Council Chambers by artist Penny Weinberg. Penny, a member of the Des Plaines Art Guild (dpag.org), is an independent artist and teacher. The display will feature a collage and monoprints, which creatively capture the spirit of moments in time. She is known for her intuitive ability to capture the environments around her, particularly people and events.

Penny has several shows scheduled within the upcoming year in Deerfield and Fort Lauderdale.
