Enjoy pancake breakfast with Allegiance Color Guard Oct. 31

Allegiance Youth Color Guard of Dundee will hold a special Halloween Pancake Breakfast & Bake Sale Fundraiser from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 31 at Tri-City Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2298, 117 S. First St., West Dundee.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the door; $5 for regular pancakes or $6 for pumpkin flavored pancakes.

Children, ages 3 and younger, eat for free. Breakfast includes pancakes, butter/syrup, sausage, coffee, orange juice or milk.

Bake sale items and raffle tickets for door prizes also will be available for purchase.

Proceeds will help Allegiance Color Guard offset performance expenses and allow them to compete this winter.

Allegiance is a nonprofit independent youth color guard program formed in 2010 through a coed scouting initiative called Venturing. Membership is open to girls and boys ages 7-14 and young men and women ages 14-22. Previous experience not required; they have color guard learning and performing opportunities for beginner through advanced levels.
