Bergdahl mess a slap to all who served

It is my opinion that Bowe Bergdahl caused his own problems. He was not forced to enlist in the army. He chose to enlist.

No one forced him to desert in the face of the enemy. This he did on his own. He was not forced to be a traitor to his country, and no one forced him to be a coward. He did these things on his own.

If this man gets off with a slap on the wrist, how is the military going to discipline anyone? So much for equal justice for all.

It is my opinion that Mr. Obama has had his thumb on the scale ever since he brought Bergdahl's parents into the Rose Garden. Anyone who ever served in the military knew when Susan Rice stated that Bergdahl served with honor, the fix was in.

This mess that was created by Obama is a slap in the face to our wounded warriors and anyone who served honorably. But having never served, I am sure that Obama does not understand or care what we think.
