North Carolina A&T rolls over winless Howard 65-14

GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) - Tarik Cohen rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns as North Carolina A&T rolled over winless Howard 65-14 on Saturday.

Kwashaun Quick threw for 67 yards and one touchdown and rushed for 85 yards and another score. Amos Williams also rushed for 85 yards and one touchdown for North Carolina A&T (6-1, 4-0 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference).

Kalen Johnson threw for 163 yards and two touchdowns to lead Howard (0-7, 0-4).

Howard was ahead 14-13 until Cohen broke for a 31-yard touchdown run with 5:13 left in the second quarter. The Aggies quickly added 10 more points to go to the break with a 30-14 lead and scored 34 unanswered points in the second half.

Howard never mounted a rushing attack as the Aggies held the Bison to just 31 yards rushing on 34 carries. North Carolina A&T rushed for 311 yards.
