Comic con at library on Nov. 7

Lincolnshire's Vernon Area Public Library will hold its second area Mini Comic Con on Saturday, Nov. 7. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the library, 300 Olde Half Day Road. Patrons are encouraged to dress in costume. Crafts, a scavenger hunt, raffles and workshops are planned. Admission is free. For more, visit vapld.info.
