Author Mary Kubica coming to Gurnee

Gurnee's Warren-Newport Public Library District is taking reservations for those who want to meet author Mary Kubica at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14.

Kubica's latest novel "Pretty Baby" is a suspenseful story about a charitable woman who horrifies her family when she invites a homeless teenager and her infant to take refuge in their home.
