Naperville man seriously injured after being hit by car

A Naperville man was seriously injured Thursday morning after being struck by a car while he crossing the road outside of a pedestrian crosswalk, police said.

Domingo Rodriguez-Juarez, 45, was crossing Modaff Road at about 6:45 a.m., walking from west to east just north of the intersection of Bailey Road, police say, when a Blue 2015 Mazda CX5 traveling south on Modaff hit him.
