Sign your kids up for 'Crazy 8's Math Club'

The Fox River Valley Public Library District invites kids, age 8 to 11, to join the "Crazy 8's Math Club" from 4 to 5 p.m. Fridays, through Nov. 20, except for Oct. 23. It will be held in the lower level meeting room at the Dundee Library, 555 Barrington Ave. in East Dundee.

Crazy 8's is a new kind of math club where you'll build stuff, run and jump, make music and make a mess.

You'll get into mischief making activities like Glow-in-the-Dark Geometry and Toilet Paper Olympics, and you'll get to take home some cool gadgets, too.

Kids, age 5 to 7, can join in "Kickstart Crazy 8's Math Club" which meets from 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays, through Nov. 17, except for Oct. 20, at the Dundee Library. It is a new kind of math club for early elementary kids.
