Nothing shaken up in Springfield yet

When campaigning, Mr. Rauner (and his wife) kept saying he was going to "shake things up." We are now 20 percent done with his term as governor and what do we have to show for it?

If by "shaking things up," they meant bring Illinois to a standstill, they have kept their word. However, as we've watched, Illinois is not progressing, not solving problems and clearly not working together.

So, to Gov. Rauner, we loudly say, "What's up?"
