Think twice about calling store 'puppy mill'
Last December my fiancé lost two older dogs within forty five days that she raised as puppies. Her favorite was a Rottweiler. She was devastated, and I wanted to do something for her.
As a longtime resident of Arlington Heights, I like to support local businesses, so we went in search of another Rottweiler. We went to " Happiness is pets" in Arlington Heights and saw exactly what we were looking for.
Our dog is now a year old and doing great. We are often complimented on how handsome he is and what a wonderful personality and temperament he has.
So it pains me when other people label "Happiness is Pets" as a puppy mill business and try to legislate it out of business. These people should be more concerned with the irresponsible pet owners out there and try to fight against stricter laws around pet ownership.
All dogs deserve a good home regardless of where they were born. We were treated great at the store and couldn't be more thrilled with our Rottweiler named Brody.
