Give daily report on state's lost jobs

Back in the 1950s and '60s, Detroit airport had a sign that showed the number of automobiles assembled in a day.

At the start of 2016, the state of Illinois should erect a similar sign at O'Hare airport. This sign would show the number of people and businesses leaving the state due to the higher tax rates.
