5th Ward Alderman Maureen Lewis, a member of the America in Bloom Steering Committee, will represent St. Charles at the symposium. "No matter the outcome, I want to say how fortunate I was to be able to work with such an outstanding group of people who tirelessly gave their time and talents to making St. Charles a contender in the competition. This is one of the better projects I've had an opportunity to participate in."
