Wild Mushroom Cabernet Gravy

½ cup morel mushrooms

½ cup chanterelle mushrooms

1 cup cabernet sauvignon

½ cup flour

1 tablespoon lemon pepper

Salt and ground pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in sauce pan; heat to a rolling boil. Stir frequently until wine is reduced. Add more flour as necessary.
