Avon Township Touch a Truck Sept. 26

Avon Township will host its annual Touch a Truck event from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at Avon Township Center, 433 E. Washington St. in Round Lake Park.

Officials said the first 100 children will receive a free hot dog. In addition to being able to get close with a variety of vehicles, there will be free pumpkins and shredding services.
