Golf outing to benefit Hanover Township Food Pantry

Hanover Township will host its annual golf fundraiser Oct. 4, at Bartlett Hills Golf Course.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Hanover Township Food Pantry. which serves, on average, 857 families every month.

Registration for the nine-hole golf outing begins at noon Oct. 4, and the event tees off at 1 p.m. The golf outing is limited to 72 individuals or 18 teams of four.

Tickets are $75 for golfing and dinner, and $40 for the dinner-only event. Dinner will begin at 4 p.m.

A mercy rule will be in place for all novice golfers, keeping anyone from shooting more than two over-par on any hole.
