Authorities ask for help finding missing Crystal Lake teen

Authorities are looking for a Crystal Lake teenager who has been missing for more than two weeks.

Kalyani Sudhir, 16, was last seen in Crystal Lake on Aug. 18, according to a news release from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Sudhir, a student at Crystal Lake South High School, may be in the company of an adult male, the release said.

She is described as being 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 120 pounds and having brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information is urged to call (800) THE-LOST (800-843-5678) with any information concerning Sudhir's disappearance or whereabouts. Callers can remain anonymous.
